ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system plays a major part in all kinds of organization, whether it is a public or private organization. On the other hand, it is important for organizations to increase the performance of their employee, to achieve their goals and objectives at the end. The study was necessitated by the lack of ample literature linking ISO 9001:2015 to employees’ performance. The study utilized using descriptive research design involving 83 randomly selected respondents using simple random sampling methodology was applied to select respondents from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in Kingdom of Bahrain. The researcher used an adopted questionnaire as data gathering instrument. The findings of the study revealed that management commitment has a positive impact on the employees’ performance in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and tourism in kingdom of Bahrain. On the other hand internal communication, workplace physical environment and capacity enhancement found to have a positive impact on employees’ performance. These findings are in line with the existing literature of quality management system implementation. The study recommends the adoption of QMS practices in all public and private organization in Kingdom of Bahrain The results of the study showed that over-all implementation of ISO 9001:2015 significantly affects employees’ performance. The identification of the possible challenges related to debt collection helped in proactively planning on how to deal with these issues. The topic represents a demanded study for the Kingdom of Bahrain since it is crucial for the financial institutions to maintain good strategy of debt collection as its greatly affect their financial status. This study assessed the determinants of debt collection management of the financial institutions in the kingdom of Bahrain. Its main objective is to analyze the effects of staff competency, collection’s resources as well as collection’strategies to the debt collection management. The research was conducted through the use of questionnaire for the employees working as debt collectors of a different financial institutions in Bahrain. The sample size was 112 respondents determined through the simple random sampling method. Multiple regression analysis methodology applied for analyzing the data. Results of the study showed that the null hypotheses are rejected, which implied that staff competency, collection’s resources and collection’s strategies have significant effects in debt collection management of the different financial institutions in Bahrain. The success of the company in realizing these objectives and goals relies on many factors. One of these factors is the good and effective performance of its employees. Nowadays, there is a fierce competition among companies working in the same field and in the same market place. Therefore, there is greater emphasis upon the personal achievement of the working staff at work place; in which the effectiveness of teamwork is thought to have an impact upon the employee performance. The paper attempts to investigate the impact of effective teamwork (effective communication, level of trust, interpersonal skills, team cohesion, accountability) on employee performance in the telecommunication companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It also seeks to identify the extent of teamwork effectiveness in the telecommunication companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Moreover, it tries to identify the level of performance of the employees in the telecommunication companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study belongs to the descriptive studies and it uses the quantitative approach. It uses the questionnaire form as the study tool. The sample consists of 200 members of those working at the telecommunication companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The data collected is analyzed by means of the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22, where descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, mean scores and regression analysis are employed. The results show that the effectiveness of teamwork and employee performance in the telecommunication companies in the kingdom of Bahrain are high. We consider that the research was done in the Kingdom of Bahrain which actually is one of the newest marketing topics not just in the Kingdom of Bahrain but elsewhere. For maximizing the whole performance of the company it is vital for an employer to understand the factors affecting consumer purchasing behavior among customers of Electronics retail industry. The purpose of the study was to investigate the Factors of consumer purchasing behavior in the electronics retail Industry. The research was conducted through a survey, using the questionnaire as the research instrument. The respondents of the study were the customers and other Bahraini citizens who are consumers of electronic industry. The research instrument used was the five-points Likert scale. The statistical tools used in the study were Multiple Regression Analyses and weighted mean. The study provided suggestions and recommendations from factors affecting consumer purchasing behavior among customers of electronics retail industry. The future studies should focus on more specific items within the electronic industry which would be based on specific brands or the marketing strategy adopted by the hypermarkets to understand the consumer behavior and their relationship with purchasing a specific product. This resistance, however, has not been fully linked with employee productivity as several studies have found conflicting results. In addition, little study has been conducted in gulf countries particularly in the call centre industry in Middle East countries like the Kingdom of Bahrain. Thus, this research seeks to explore the effect of resistance change on employee perceived productivity in the call centre industry in kingdom of Bahrain. Using descriptive research design, the study involved 120 conveniently sampled call centre agents of 4 major call centres chosen based on market size. The employees’ population was taken from the period covering December 2019 to January 2020. An adopted questionnaire was used as a data gathering tool. Descriptive Statistics and Regression Analysis was conducted to analyse the data gathered. The study found that moderate level of resistance to change exists among call center agents in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In addition, the study found that over-all resistance to change negatively affects employees’ perceived level of productivity. Specifically, psychological and cultural driven resistance were found to be statistically significant at 0.01 in negatively affecting the level of employee perceived performance.</p> Fatema Jasim Rajab Mark P. This study will determine the source of stress, the impression of stress and the strategies to manage them and also determine the effectiveness of the strategies that might help employees in the Audit Firms in Bahrain. The research design used to conduct the following study was quantitative. Data is collected through primary methods and samples from 100 people are collected to perform the test. Questionnaires are used to collect data and non-probability sampling technique (snowball sampling technique) is used for sampling. Data are analysed using the SPSS statistical tool. The results of both correlation and regression analysis have found a strong association between works overload and stress management in audit firms of Bahrain. Our society has to deal with the relatively new concept of workplace stress more and more especially now while one is dealing with Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this present study is to determine the main reasons for and consequences of stress at work. Project management deals with in-depth understanding on the interactions of the different dimensions of the project and their cause-effect relationship leading to issues management. Studies revealed that dealing with strategic issues are critical to the organization’s long-term survival and sustainable growth. Issue management as a systematic approach can improve the impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and corporate and project risk management. The study assessed the relationship between corporate and project management issues of Arab Professional Company and issue management. It intended to explain the effect of project value mindset of the selected stakeholders in Arab Professional Company on issue management. The study used descriptive and regression analysis to explain the significance of identified variables to issue management. Corporate and project management issues was statistically significant to issue management and cost was considered as topmost significant among the issues. The results stressed the value of communication among employees. Although communication was consistently important, the need to assess the issue, its urgency and its impact on issues confronting the project is needed. Therefore, successful companies are cognizant regarding ways used to engage and empower employees. Through employees, empowerment provides them with the opportunity to develop independence, something that increases their commitment to the organization, thus leading to enhanced performance. The study aimed to determine the relationship between employee empowerment and perceived employee performance of the hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Further, the study was conducted with the variables (employee inclusion, problem handling, employee creativity, employee autonomy, and decision making) to evaluate the correlation between employee empowerment and perceived employee performance. The paper applied an online survey questionnaire to gather information regarding the topic under research. The study collected responses from 154 research participants. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences by considering descriptive frequency tables. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to test the relationship between the gathered data. This study also aimed to examine the personal traits between the effectiveness of e-banking and customer satisfaction in Bahraini banks. For this purpose, data was collected using structured questionnaires from 100 customers of top ten banks in Bahrain. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 22 and Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (Smart PLS) were used for the analysis of the collected data. The findings showed a significant and positive affect of effectiveness of e-banking on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the education has significant and positive moderating effect but, age and gender has no on the relationship of e-banking and customer stratification. Findings of the current study recommend that e-banking has become one of the essential banking services that can, if properly implemented, increase customer satisfaction, and give banks a competitive advantage. Any imbalance or disruption that occurs, it ruptures the supply chain. These disruptions in the system creates logistics problems which will ultimately cause customer dissatisfaction. Managing the flow of materials from their original sources of materials to the ultimate customers in important to the success of the organization. This study assessed the internal customer satisfaction levels on material handling management of Al Imam Contracting and Trading Co., provider of intralogistics in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It intended to explain the relationship of the material handling principles on the material handling management of the said company. The study used descriptive and inferential analysis to explain the significance of the material handling principles on the internal customer’s satisfaction. System integration, automation, and environmental principles were statistically significant on the internal customer’s satisfaction. Internal customers were satisfied with the material handling management, and they agree on all material handling principles.
