About the Journal

iKSP Journal of Innovative Writings (iJIW) is a blind peer review, open access, Multidisciplinary journal published biannually by iKSP Publishers. iJIW is designed to foster the exchange of ideas and transfer of knowledge between researchers and scientists involved in various Fields that deal only with investigations or reviews in various fields. It is not limited to the specific details of Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences but is instead devoted to a very wide range of subfields in Management Sciences, Marketing & Business, Statistics, and HR Management. 

iJIW accepts original Research Articles, Review Articles, Case Studies, Experimental Research, Scientific Reports, and Thesis publication. The high standard of excellence for any of the published papers will be ensured by a blind peer review procedures. 

Our blind peer review process is very fast, highly rigorous and authors are carried along adequately in all the publication processes. We inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within TWO WEEKS of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the coming issue.

Blind Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read by the members of the editorial office. To save time for authors and reviewers, only those papers that seem most likely to meet our editorial criteria are sent for formal blind peer review. Those papers judged by the editors to be of insufficient general interest or otherwise inappropriate are rejected promptly without external review.

Manuscripts judged to be of potential interest to our readership are sent for formal review, typically to two or three reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewers' advice, from among several possibilities:

  • Accept as it is
  • Accept with minor changes
  • Accept with major changes, inviting the authors to revise their manuscript to address specific concerns before a final decision is reached
  • Reject

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
